APA Service Corps is a program sponsored by the Organization of Chinese
Americans-Northern Virginia Chapter. Its primary goals are to: 1)
provide at least one community service opportunity each and every month
for volunteers; 2) promote the involvement of Asian Pacific Americans in
community service; and 3) enhance the perception of our community in
mainstream America. APA Service Corps volunteers have been giving back
to the community for over six years. This will be APA Service Corps’
75th consecutive month of service. OCA-DC Community Outreach began
working with APA Service Corps in May 2002. It shares similar goals of
serving the community. Please join us.
